Mission:
The Department of Pharmacy / Faculty of medicine and Health Sciences at AN-Najah University will be the foremost provider of high-quality, pharmaceutical education based on patient-centered pharmacy services nationally, regionally and internationally, serving as a high-level institution for graduating pharmacy leaders and practitioners dedicated to advancing patient care services.
Program Objectives :
Upon completion of their degree, graduates will:
- Develop and master the knowledge base in the basic, pharmaceutical and clinical sciences essential to fulfill all of the roles of pharmacy practitioners as health care providers.
- Developed an understanding of the pharmacist’s role in health care and illness prevention and the ability to perform this role.
- Demonstrate skills in the technical, social, and behavioral aspects of pharmacy,including communication skills.
- Acquire the skills and attitudes necessary for a commitment of life-long learning, including skills to retrieve, critically appraise, disseminate, and apply new knowledge.
- Illustrate the integration of knowledge and skills in the optimization of medication management and use for a wide range of people.
