Mission:

The Department  of Pharmacy / Faculty of  medicine and Health Sciences at AN-Najah University will be the foremost provider of high-quality, pharmaceutical education based on patient-centered pharmacy services nationally, regionally and internationally, serving as a high-level institution for graduating pharmacy leaders and practitioners dedicated to advancing patient care services.

 

Program Objectives :

Upon completion of their degree, graduates will:

  1. Develop and master the knowledge base in the basic, pharmaceutical and clinical sciences essential to fulfill all of the roles of pharmacy practitioners as health care providers.
  2. Developed an understanding of the pharmacist’s role in health care and illness prevention and the ability to perform this role.
  3. Demonstrate skills in the technical, social, and behavioral aspects of pharmacy,including communication skills.
  4. Acquire the skills and attitudes necessary for a commitment of life-long learning, including skills to retrieve, critically appraise, disseminate, and apply new knowledge.
  5. Illustrate the integration of knowledge and skills in the optimization of medication management and use for a wide range of people.
