On Friday, January 21st, 2017, An-Najah National University represented by both Professors Waleed Sweileh and Saed Zyoud participated in a scientific research workshop on chronic diseases.
The event took place at the American University of Beirut and was supported by the Canadian International Development Research Centre.
The workshop aimed at discussing latest progress made on scientific research in the Arab World and solutions to defy the challenges that encounter scientific research as well as creating interactive research partnership in the region.
The workshop also shed light on scientific research quality and research collaboration among research groups in one region.
