Dr. Ithar Beshtawi, Head of the Optometry Department at An-Najah has recently concluded a scientific visit to Portugal. The visit was over a week from April 2 – April 7, 2018 and aimed to discuss possible means of mutual cooperation between An-Najah and the Portuguese universities.
Dr. Beshtawi visited the University of Beira Interior in Covilhã and the University of Minho in Braga to meet with the Vice Presidents for International and External Relations as well as the Heads of the Optometry Department there.
She discussed with both universities possible means of mutual cooperation in terms of scientific research, joint projects and academic and student exchange in various fields.
