An-Najah Professor Participates in the 5th Annual International Conference on Health and Medical Sciences in Athens
On Monday, May 1st, 2017, Dr. Ayda Al-Qaisi, Head of the Nursing and Midwifery Department at An-Najah participated in the 5th Annual International Conference on Health and Medical Sciences in Athens, Greece.
Dr. Qaisi presented a research paper titled: “Anti-Emetic Efficacy of Prophylactic Dexamethasone and Metoclopramide, and their Combination in the Prevention of Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting after Laparoscopic Surgery in Patients at High Risk of Post-operative Nausea and Vomiting: A Randomized, Double Blind, and Placebo-Controlled Trial”.
At the end of the conference, Dr. Qaisi met with a number of participating universities to discuss possible means of mutual cooperation with An-Najah.
