This course includes basic information of psychological concepts that are related to learning theories and its application on the human behavior. Students will learn to 16 identify the symptoms of learning disabilities; examine their underlying causes and 
their impact on development. In addition, educational assessment and remediation along with other treatment approaches will be examined; the relationship between speech/language/Audiology and the field of learning disabilities will be explored.
