This course is a comprehensive discussion of various pathological processes that influence several body systems and their radiological appearances and study of disease, differentiate between signs and symptoms, distinguish between disease diagnostic and its prognosis, describe the difference types of disease classifications and specify the pathogenesis, signs and symptoms and prognosis of different organs  pathologies. In addition, this course provides the students with an introduction to the concepts of disease and pathology focusing on advance radiographic image such as computed tomography, magnetic resonance, scanning, and nuclear Medicine.

This course aims to differentiate between the structural and functional disease, discuss the changes that occur following injuries to the cell, explain the significance of degeneration, necrosis , inflammation and repair.
