This course is one credit hour, designed for midwifery student. It focuses on the value formation, theories of ethics, ethical concepts in midwifery and application to midwifery  practice.

Controlling bodies, standards, legal issues, and strategies for problem solving are used as a guide to examine implications for legal and ethical making in patient care situation selected from actual work settings.
